4. AI Processing and Data Sharing
When you generate AI images:
- Your uploaded images and prompts are sent to Replicate for AI processing
- This data is used solely for generating your requested images
- We do not share your content with any other third parties
- Replicate processes your data according to their privacy policy
- Generated images are returned to you and stored securely in your account
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct or update your account information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your generated images

6. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time through the Account Settings. When you delete your account:

This process complies with GDPR, CCPA, and Apple's 2024 Account Deletion requirements.
